WHO WE ARE

Faith Baptist Church is:

 

A Christ-centered church...

...exalting and worshipping Jesus Christ, the Son of God. "...in all things He might have the pre-eminence."  - Col. 1:18

 

A bible-preaching church...

...proclaiming and seeking to obey the eternal Word of God. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."  - Rom. 10:17

 

An evangelistic church...

...telling others the good news of salvation by faith in Christ and supporting worldwide missions. "Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."  - Mark 16:15

 

A friendly, caring church...

...encouraging and ministering to one another. "...by love serve one another."  - Gal. 5:1

 

Fundamental - Standing without compromise for the fundamentals of the historic Christian faith.

 

Independent - The local church is not subject to control by denominational headquarters, but makes its decisions dependant upon Christ alone.

 

Baptist - Practicing Baptist distinctives as found in the scriptures.

Faith Batist Church is about 1 mile north of exit 83  from the GSP (2 miles north of Rt. 37) on the Left hand side, just after the yellow "blinking" light (at Clayton Ave.).

 

From the North: heading South on Route 9 we are on the Right hand side a couple of blocks after the Wawa gas station, about a block past Church Rd, just before the yellow "blinking" light.
